Dirt work on the South Loop trail-repair/build rolling grades, clean drains, cover exposed roots; will also need to locate sources of clay to mix with the sandier top soil.

Volunteers need PPE; bring hydration and a snack; bike if you have one.  Will ride to start location; tools/equipment provided.

All volunteers must have a 2025 approved Volunteer Service Agreement (VSA) in place.  Keep a copy with you on the workday.  Don't have a current VSA?  Get the form here:  USFS VSA  Fill out the front and back, sign it, and email it to heather.spencer@usda.gov for approval.  Allow 48 hours for turn around.
