Will hike down the LSHT to the North Wilderness Trail, then use crosscut saws and axes to clear trees across the NWT.  Trees have been prepped on previous workdays.  Crosscut saw leader wants three people to a saw and there are 5 saws available.  So we can use as many folks as we can get!  There are plenty of trees.  Great opportunity for any volunteers that want to learn about crosscut sawing.

All volunteers must have a 2025 approved Volunteer Service Agreement (VSA) in place.  Keep a copy with you on the workday.  Don't have a current VSA?  Get the form here:  USFS VSA  Fill out the front and back, sign it, and email it to heather.spencer@usda.gov for approval.  Allow 48 hours for turn around.
