Texas A&M University - Citizens' Climate Lobby students will help remove reassurance markers on the Richards-Raven Equestrian Trail.  The nails and markers installed 4 years ago are being swallowed by the trees.  Replacement markers will be installed as needed.

UTV's will be used to move 2 or 3-person crews down the trail.  Bring fluids for hydration and snacks.  Lunch will be hosted at the end of the workday.  Standard PPE includes long pants, closed-toe shoes, and gloves.  Tools will be provided.

All volunteers must have a 2025 approved Volunteer Service Agreement (VSA) in place.  Keep a copy with you on the workday.  Don't have a current VSA?  Get the form here:  USFS VSA  Fill out the front and back, sign it, and email it to heather.spencer@usda.gov for approval.  Allow 48 hours for turn around.
