Equipment operators will be mowing and brushcutting along the Westside MUT (Multi-Use Trail) during the week of September 22.  As time permits, work will also extend to the Eastside MUT.

We are seeking general volunteers to assist as swampers for the equipment operators.

Bring plenty of fluids for hydration, snacks, and a lunch. Standard PPE includes hard hat, long pants and shirts, boots, gloves, eye and ear protection. Bring a dirtbike or ATV.  

All volunteers must have a 2025 approved Volunteer Service Agreement (VSA) in place.  Keep a copy with you on the workday.  Don't have a current VSA?  Get the form here:  USFS VSA  Fill out the front and back, sign it, and email it to heather.spencer@usda.gov for approval.  Allow 48 hours for turn around.
